Enrico Berto has been the CEO of Berto’s since 2010 and the president of the company, headquartered in Tribano (Padua), Italy. From the very beginning, he was exposed to an international business mindset, thanks to the vision of his father, Giorgio Berto, who founded the company and focused on expanding it abroad.

After earning a Law degree, Enrico quickly immersed himself in the entrepreneurial landscape of his region, soon taking on leadership roles such as President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Veneto within Confindustria and Vice President of the Metalworking Industry of Padua.

Founded by Commendatore Giorgio Berto in 1973, the company has built and strengthened long-standing business relationships over the years. It has developed a corporate model featuring a highly skilled management team, with some executives holding significant shares in the company board.
