Born on January 31, 1991, in a suburban neighborhood of Naples, he began working as a delivery assistant at just 14 years old and spent most of his adolescence in pizzerias, growing increasingly passionate about the craft and the world of baking.

In 2011, for the first time, he ventured beyond Naples to Serravalle Scrivia, home to one of the largest outlets in Europe, and from there, he never stopped traveling. He worked across Italy and abroad, seeking to learn the techniques and secrets of the pizza-making world, which he later personalized to create a unique product, adapting his own concept of Neapolitan pizza.

In 2020, he met Richard Abou Zaki and Pierpaolo Ferracuti from Retroscena, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Porto San Giorgio (Fermo), and together they launched the Sera Pizza Vista Mare project. After four successful summer seasons, Richard and Pierpaolo decided to open a pizzeria that would operate year-round, giving birth to Controluce—a pizzeria with a cocktail bar, located in a former cinema in the heart of Porto Sant’Elpidio.
