Giancarlo Perbellini, of restaurant Casa Perbellini in Verona, is the protagonist of this week’s “Italian & International Best Chefs” series, with the best chefs cooking at Identità Expo from Wednesday till Sunday, both at lunchtime and in the evening. He’s also the protagonist of today’s presentation to the public, at 4 pm in the Identità Expo building.
